cleanup for a partially deployed stack fails, though this seems likely due to the common issue encountered with the values key values in production.yaml listed as missing despite seemingly in the environment files.

$ helmfile destroy
Listing releases matching ^velero$
in helmfile.d/30-confluent-cloud.yaml: error during 30-confluent-cloud.yaml.part.0 parsing: template: stringTemplate:12:25: executing "stringTemplate" at <.Values.kubeContext>: map has no entry for key "kubeContext"

this works to some extent (though not permanently)

Thought may actually still be faster for a 1 node K3S cluster to uninstall/reinstall

At top of 30-confluent-cloud.yaml file could you change these lines:

environments:
  default:
    values:
      - ../base.yaml
      - ../../etc/production.yaml
    secrets:
      - ../../secrets/production.yaml

to this:

bases:
- ../environments.yaml

And then try again?

I think the current lines are from the old project structure.

Yes, I had made that change previously. Still getting the same response:
