A ReplicationEndpoint that rejects replication-reads due to incompatible application versions should make this fact available for monitoring

The Acceptor of an ReplicationEndpoint rejects ReplicationReadEnvelopes if the target application version is incompatible with the own (source) application version. The fact the these read-requests are rejected due to version incompatibility should be available for a monitoring solution. The ReplicationEndpoint could for example get a method that allows to query if replication is enabled for a connected endpoint (the returned information could include the application-version of the connected endpoint).
