Download the current boost Lib from the Boost Library. unzip the files. Usually the resulting Folder will be named something like "boost_1_79_0". put it into the main directory of the repository and rename it to "boost"
Use the Platformio Project Tasks option "Platform > Upload Filesystem Image" to upload the files in the data folder. Those are needed for the webserver.
