Introduced the
shikari listcommand, which would print the list of VMs spawned using Shikari. The detection is based on a simple regex matching of the name in the form ofxxx-yyy-zzz(wherexxxcan be any word without special characters,yyycan be eithercliorsrvandzzzany number.
