To the output file, also add problem size (biggest suproblem size) such as numVars, numLinConstraints, numBilinearConstraints, etc.

Ensure that computed step-size delta_t (for T>24) is used instead of what is specified in .dss file (typically 1h), and that in validation, the step size in .dss file is overridden by the simulation delta_t.
