Description

As a developer I need to activate code documentation.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Linting for documentation/annotations
  • OPTIONAL, generate documentation as part of the packaging/build process

Holding on generating the docs until we can leverage a plugin package that meshes with app documentation vs resource documentation.
