[Bug] Create comment buttom is unsubmitable if the user tries to submit the same comment again #58

What happened?

Current behavior:
After making a comment, the comment remains inside the text box and is unsubmitable

Expected behavior:
After making the comment, the text box should get cleared

Steps to reproduce

Create a comment and then try to submit the same comment again

kind of duplicate [Bug] Comment Multiline Input Field state isn't getting reset once the comment has been Send #41 , we need to reset the state of multiline input once there is comment action.
