The mod removes the black bars from the game, expanding the view of the main scenes and cutscenes.

  1. Download the v1.0 archive below and unpack the files to the game folder containing its executable.
  2. Download the latest patch below and unpack the files to the same folder, overwriting at the prompt(s).

The first launch may be longer than expected.
To uninstall, simply remove or move the files and folders.

The intro cutscene is an FMV, so it will keep its black bars.

Tested on the latest Microsoft Store version at 2560x1080, 3840x1080, and 5120x1440.

1.1: Corrected the FOV reduction at the filtration pump puzzle (reported by SILENT); increased the width of the PDA background for 32:9.
