Bug Description

Focus of the arrow is rounded in fiori 3.

Expected Behavior

The focus should be squere around the arrow

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to https://sap.github.io/ui5-webcomponents/playground/components/Carousel/

In popups block layer tabindex is set to 1 which breaks accessibility html validators.
To resolve the issue we are setting the tabindex to 0 of the block layer.
