Add DELETE shourtcut key for deleting items when
modeproperty isDelete.Also, remove the delete button from the tab chain.
Additionally - remove debug code for running only one of the tests in the spec.
Note: #3194 - Keyboard Handling JSDoc should be updated depending on which PR gets merged first.
