Context: this is a a hotfix for Next's configuration in order to disable image optimization. This should have no impact on the application or its functionality. However, it will solve a problem we were having with our hosting provider: we had exceeded Vercel's free tier amount of image optimization.
While the previous deployments may still work, Vercel said that we are at risk of having our project blocked, which is why I wanted to push this fix for the RC1 QA team.
