- Upgrade `AngleSharp` to version `1.2.0` in multiple projects. - Modify `Microsoft.Extensions.ObjectPool` to conditionally reference versions based on target framework. - Update `coverlet.collector` to version `6.0.3` in `Tests.csproj`.

- Updated `StyleCop.Analyzers` to version `1.2.0-beta.556` across multiple project files. - AngleSharp.Css was not causing publish issues.

as I thought targeting prerelease version caused exit code 1, reverted back later on.
