概要
過去に追加したAPIに生成したトークンを使ってアクセスすると、権限がないと言われる問題を解決しました。
それにあたり、権限が既存のどれにも分類されないと判断したものがあり、それについては権限自体を追加しました。
追加した権限はwrite:community-roleとread:admin:emoji-logです。
