[java] Deprecate ContextAware interface

Description

Context management endpoints were removed in 1b66415, so it seems ContextAware interface becomes redundant.

Motivation and Context

Open questions:

• should ContextAware interface be deprecated or removed?
• should NoSuchContextException be deprecated/removed as well?
