Description

Upgrade OpenTelemetry to 0.16.0

Motivation and Context

The changes aim to keep the OpenTelemetry in sync with the latest release. The changes are related to fixing/updating the existing APIs in accordance with OpenTelemetry 0.15.0 and 0.16.0 release.

Types of changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
