fix: 👕 Suppress Text Scale Factor Warning (#419)

- Suppressed `textScaleFactor` deprecated warning in `tooltip_widget.dart` and added TODO to replace it in future.
- Removed `avoid_returning_null` deprecated lint rule from `analysis_options.yaml`.
