Move review branch to main. Includes following changes:

List all available decks on home screen.
Deck selections lead to dynamic review page which flips through all the cards.
Cards can be manually flipped, skipped, and skip when timer reaches 0.
Back button returns to home screen.
Prisma Seed set up to easily test schema/programming changes.
