Description
Fixes #6593 by adding a custom case-insensitive compare for the filament vendor dropdown list so the list sorts correctly.

Open Custom Filament Dialog, select "Custom Filaments: tab, click 'Create New' , click Select Vendor drop down. Observe vendors starting with lower case letter such as 'eSun' are now sorted in their correct place.
