Updated Splash and Readme #8113
Conversation
Now my build is failing on second try - it's not related to the logos, but rather system memory. Can someone re-try build? |
also you can find more about discussion in here #5257 |
I missed the second part of that... my apologies. I think people appreciate the small pop of color. What do you think about changing "orca" to have color? |
No need for apology :) Here is a quick mockup for colored orca text Not sure about this. wondering what people think about that @SoftFever i assume enough time passed. what you think about logo usage on splash screen now? |
@SoftFever I love this version. Thoughts? |
I like the colored text too. |
@justinlevinedotme @yw4z |
@justinlevinedotme can you close this PR or exclude changes for splash screen if you make changes on readme? I will make a separate commit for logo usages |
Will close PR. Thanks for your help !! |
Description
When I originally designed the orca logo, it was meant to be like an orca, sharp, yet sort of bulky. I feel the updated splash, while great, doesn't uphold this design language. I added a pop of color to the splash screen, and thickened the text.
I also updated the ReadMe to include my github name change, as per my Discussion with SoftFever
