Added instructions for building Stellarium from source code and removed outdated docs
I think we should use current BUILDING.md file on the wiki and if someone want to see instructions for old version of source code, then I have a news - the wiki has history. Or, at least for offline fans, use pandoc for convert *.md files into plain text or HTML files to prepare files for comfort reading on offline mode.
