Make use of the https://github.com/oprypin/mkdocs-section-index mkdocs plugin to allow symbol tables to show up under navigation headings.
This uses a custom Python script to generate the necessary
navtree for this, as the default auto-generation of mkdocs isn't able to do this on its own.
