becuase they've been changed and probably these services has changed as well

1.04 added script to stop telemetry through taskScheduler
not sure, but seems like some older reg keys has been moved or something not so fine with it
need some more checks, maybe will update it later after octoberUpdate

the sign, well it's not official, so wont work the way it used to be

v.1.03 - Fixed realtime protection enable\disable

upd 2018 - the sign key been outdated and well i don't know how-to enable it to work
after windows update these functions been enabled in windows gamemode, so it disables all services
the one thing is to disable telemetry try taskschd.msc \Microsoft\Windows\Application Experience.
i'll try to make it soon in GMW maybe some tweaks
