Miscellaneous fixes

What

This pr:

1. Fixes strange terrain generation in the nether at y = 1, and adds back bedrock generation at the bottom of the nether.
2. Resolves keybinding conflicts between BQ and CraftPresence by binding the latter to NONE.
3. Adds alet-client.json to the config folder to avoid warning screen from appearing.
4. Updates GTFO to 1.11.2.

Additional Infomation

Potential Compatibility Issues

• These fixes has been tested in client with a fresh install.
• Although not tested, server-side issues are unlikely to occur.
• The fixed world generation in the nether won't effect existing worlds so this is unlikely to corrupt existing saves. (One needs to replace the dimensionstack.dat in his save folder with the new one to fix the generation of an existing world.)
