Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

In #1327 I added information about how to set up a PWA on iOS devices. I'm not familiar with Android, so that information is lacking.

Add Android instructions to https://github.com/TandoorRecipes/recipes/blob/develop/docs/faq.md/#mobile-browsers
