I added some small changes so we can have radio buttons for alliance selection, the network status shows up on the field monitor, also fixing the announcer display so it isn't using jQuery anymore since that was phased out in bootstrap 5. Changed the jQuery since it was crashing the front end for that page so it had to be refreshed after committing every match. Lastly making a small css change for the size of the badges so that it can fit the entire "0.00Mb" instead of going to a new line for just the 'b'
