feature相关背景与描述
bcs服务发现是一个能够发现bcs所有相关模块的公共组件。
之前的版本的实现在灵活性方面有待提升，例如：新增加一个组件需要增加相关的代码。

新版本：
能够自动的发现bcs所有的组件（新增加的组件、调整组件的注册目录等），并且不需要调整任何代码，非常的灵活方便
