- refactor: remove inproper usage of ApplicationCodeInPathMixin class & other misc enhancements
- IMPORTANT: ApplicationCodeInPathMixin` is now just a helper class to help get app/modle instances with additional permission checking on the application, if no proper permission classes are configured on the view class, an exception will be raised.
