I think that there should be Documentation section (https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Systemd#Documentation_field) in service file for systemd.

@rishubhjain I've filed similar issues for other components too.
The idea here is to have at least some documentation for Tendrl daemons because they haven't manpages. I think adding one file with link to README on github for component is OK.
