Multiple radios fix

This update should fix issue #1. I made some mistakes in the code, so it should function now. (hopefully)

It's working!

It works now and it does what I originally intended to make. It's a simple, but working menu. I'm probably going to code a menu for larger servers with departments for police and multiple radios per job.
