A markov twitter bot, remixing Moby Dick.

If you want to implement it, you will need to add a settings.py file in the format:
CONSUMER_KEY="YOUR_CONSUMER_KEY"
CONSUMER_SECRET="YOUR_CONSUMER_SECRET"
ACCESS_TOKEN="YOUR_ACCESS_TOKEN"
