Suggested way to proceed:

• merge this
• wait until Robi solves the rest in Default config doesn't contain right module key actions. agent#2393 (Default configs are contained within Agent, are they not?)

How should I test this PR exactly?

• Disconnect touchpad.
• Reset config from Agent. We have just cleared the action in RAM.
• Connect touchpad and test it. Clicking will not work, that is expected and for now desired. (We have simply confirmed that the action was indeed unset in RAM.)
• Disconnect touchpad.
• Flash a valid UserConfig - a one that has the left click mapped.
• Connect touchpad and test it again. Clicking should now work (on this branch).
