Version 0.12 以降のコアライブラリに対応

内容

Version 0.12 のコアライブラリには以下の変更点があります：

• initialize 関数の引数の変更（引数としてコアのあるディレクトリへのパスを取らなくなった）
  • 動的ライブラリにモデルファイルを同梱する voicevox_core#99
• 共有ライブラリのファイル名の変更（リネームしなくなった）
  • Libcoreなどをリネームしないようにする voicevox_core#114

以上の変更に対応し、Version 0.12 以降のコアをエンジンで使用できるようにします。
