visual block mode's "3j" can't act

choose 3 line block

What happened instead?

number button can't act

• VSCode Version: lastest
• VsCodeVim Version: latest
• OS: osx 10.10.5

when i yank some lines, use number+p also can't preform like vim
"." command in normal mode also can not act with number
"o" command in normal mode also can not act with number
