Added troubleshooting tip when you try to login on the same machine where Tomcat is running and authentication fails with SEC_E_INVALID_HANDLE error.

Before we merge this, it looks like the solution described in #268 is actually a code change, aka we should make a fix and not merge an FAQ that is not actionable by users. |

I think you are right, it doesn't make much sense merging it to FAQ because it requires a code change. |
