Remove Dude Edition, simplify 3CX scripts

Ctrl+Alt+\ and F12 will run original 3CX script (no copy-paste)

F11 will copy-paste from a text box or line into 3CX

Dude Edition

Added new Dude Edition that uses F12 instead of ctrl+alt+.

Also supports 125% scaling on 1920x1080 resolution.

Includes other AutoHotkey tools

Now supports the installation of HipChat Scripts, GMSearch, as well as existing 3CX tools.

Please remove old tools (including shortcuts in startup folder) before installing this.

Installer available

This includes an installer. Either setup the exe manually or run the msi for a more 'polished' install with Start Menu and Uninstall options.

Only change to script is that it handles being re-run on its own.
