This one doesn't seem great to me — it uses a paragraph for what I guess should be a quote if it's supposed to be a testimonial?

@mtias changed the paragraph block to a quote. I don't get much control over font size when using a quote block, but the result is very similar:

While I agree there's not much in addition to the standard block quote, I think the photo and name nicely complement the layout.
