What?
#43164 implemented the keyboard shortcut selecting text across multiple blocks, but current table shows only macOS support. Refer https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/explanations/faq/#selection-shortcuts
I have confirmed that this shortcut works on WordPress 6.3 on Windows 10. So I believe this feature is supported on the Windows, and it is a documentation error.
