The link /docs/getting-started/create-block/README.md is no longer valid since the file has been removed. This link is extensively used throughout the documentation. To fix this issue, this pull request has been created. It updates all the instances of /docs/getting-started/create-block/README.md with the new link, which is /docs/getting-started/devenv/get-started-with-create-block.md.
Testing
I have verified that the link https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/blob/trunk/docs/getting-started/devenv/get-started-with-create-block.md works properly, while the link https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/blob/trunk/docs/getting-started/create-block/README.md is no longer functional.
