Test some repos as Gutenebrg and Themes and write a quick start guide to help contributors to start their development environment with wp-now.
Consider using content from https://wordpress.github.io/wordpress-playground/docs/start-here/

Docs: add WordCamp contributor day page (#528)

Add a contributor day guide to https://wordpress.github.io/wordpress-playground/docs/start-here (See WordPress/playground-tools#64).

In particular, this commit:

- Adds a new section on the Sidebar called `WordCamp Contributor Day`
with URL `/wordpress-playground/docs/wordcamp-contributor-day`
- Adds a new item under the quick start section on the main docs
- Adds a new section on the main README
