This PR adds the installation of Miktex to the dockerfile.
Important side note: I already couldn't build the original dockerfile because of some crash. So with these additions I have no idea of I broke something.

Another sidenote: maybe installing texlive is a better idea? (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/63613875/how-to-install-miktex-on-centos-7)
