More info on this commit:

Dockerfile is a build script for a sandboxed linux container (cfr. https://www.docker.io/)
The current version of the container is a basic one (rippled runs fine, but you have to manually expose the network ports)
A trusted build is automatically built at https://index.docker.io/u/robcat/rippled/ and runnable with docker run robcat/rippled)
If this patch is accepted, Ripple Labs can configure (for free) a trusted build on https://index.docker.io/ so that the build is updated at every commit
