When unrouting cell pins, the clock pins
CLKARDCLKandCLKBWRCLKoften fanout to two BEL pinsCLKARDCLK=[CLKARDCLKU, CLKARDCLKL], for example. This change ensures that both pins are unrouted when requested inDesignTools.unrouteCellPinSiteRouting()
