Description

The "File Watcher Preferences" page in the manual is needs updated to show both a description of the delay in filesystem changes checkbox and the checkbox and text in the screenshot

Steps To Reproduce

  1. open the ide and go to prefs -> file watcher
  2. notice under the check box are two rows with a text box and description
    3.go to the manual page
  3. notice only the first shows
