As you can see in the screenshot below, "The Help Menu" page's entry for Create Your Contact Us Package still says the service desk is where to report bugs and links people to the wrong page:

Now, this whole section is about to get updated anyway in 2024.8, due to #6375, but that text should already say something more like: "Create Your Contact Us Package - This creates a .zip file with the essential information required for submitting a helpful bug report, containing your logs, licence information, and project (optional). If you use the bug-reporter, then sending these logs is handled automatically, but if you forget to add a project onto a bug report or customer service ticket and you're asked to add one later, this is how you would create that package,"
