static_get/set are mentioned on this LTS page - https://manual.gamemaker.io/lts/en/#t=GameMaker_Language%2FGML_Overview%2FFunctions%2FStatic_Variables.htm

However those links don't work. Static struct functionality is not documented there.

This should not be in LTS so remove mentions of static_get/set.
