On the ECP5 Evaluation Board, LEDs are connected by default to the +2.5V rail. On the schematic of the ECP5 Evaluation Board User Guide, LEDs are connected to VCCIO1. VCCIO1 is connected to +2.5V through R100 and +3.3V through R105 (0Ω jumpers—see Figure A. 11.Power Hookup) but only R100 is populated by default.
