Saving snapshots from video

I'm having an issue saving snapshots from videos, I used to be able to view a video and tap the snapshot and it would save the current view, which worked perfectly. Now when at the time I want to save, tapping the button brings me to all frames, starting at the beginning of the video.

Perhaps that frame screen at the time currently viewed would be more manageable, of course I don't know how it works or if that's possible.

So I remember now what the issue was. When you are playing back an mp4 file, the only data we have is the seconds we have played so far. Given the nature of video encoding, it is not a direct map to which frame needs to be retrieved. I've added an approximation - it should be somewhat close, but not exact.
