Desktop: Monitors Freeze when Exiting Full Screen

zmNinja: 1.0.7D

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start zmNinja.
2. Goto Montage.
3. Click the Fullscreen Icon (Upper Right Corner).
4. Scale slider disappear and all monitors expand to fill the current window. Screen stops updating (Is this by design???)
5. Exit Full Screen by clicking the sliding button and choosing exit full screen.

Expected Behavior:

Full Screen ends and Monitors resume updating.

Actual Behavior:

Full Screen ends and Monitors continue to freeze.

To recover, choose any other mode, such as Event, then back to Montage.
