Bug
Details
If you setup two or more servers in zmNinja (can be same physical server but using http://mydomain:55555/zm and its local ip ie http://192.168.0.4:55555/zm. Then if you switch between servers the live view that is accessed via Monitors will show a question mark, ie no camera stream. Live view via montage and clicking on a camera works normally as does event footage. Exiting zmNinja then restarting you will find it now works with the server you selected, that is until you change servers again then you will find a different server will now no longer display any live view cameras accessed via monitor. As before other methods of accessing live view work.

Yup, I can replicate this. Something is breaking, not sure why only in Monitor view. The entire multi-server switching code is an afterthought and messy. I need to clean up the code. May take a while.
