Hi,

After my experience solving a configuration problem with the SSL and the zmeventnotification server, I have a suggestion to consider include on the next release a validation in the first connection to the event server from the configuration form.

At least for identify if can't connect because a SSL issue (can't trust in certificate, etc.) or if the server is down.
